Midwest Firewood is a family owned business that produces about 800 - 128 cubic foot cords of excellent quality fire and cook/bbq logs annually for residential and commercial customers. We also have a great network of firewood producers ranging from Colorado to Minnesota to Texas and everywhere in between that supplement our production with hard to locate species. Having over 35 years in the logging/firewood industry has allowed us to develop great relationships that allow us access to maintain superior quality product. The knowledge gained to balance customer needs while maintaining best management practices for the enviroment has been crucial to our success. Over the years, many long term friendships have been developed with our customers because of the way we do business~ Dependability, Honesty and Knowledge of all aspects of our business is precisely what set us apart from our competition. We stand behind our products and services. If you are not satisfied, we will do whatever it takes to correct the issue. We have never lost a customer due to the quality of our firewood. We do not attempt to compete with fly-by-night, cheap firewood sellers you find searching the classified ads, as they may be cheap, but you get what you pay for! We cannot count the amount of new customers that contact us because they cannot get the wood to burn as it is too wet, sizzling and hissing. Or a horrible odor because of improper curing (moldy smell) or a unknown type of wood that stinks! Some customers have even been dooped into burning wood not suitable for fireplaces, causing sparks to fly everywhere in their home.
