MidWest Premium Firewood is a family owned business that above all else, strives to give customers quality firewood and excellent service with a smile. Having over 20 years experience in the firewood industry has given us the knowledge to balance customer needs while maintaing best management practices for the environment. When possible and practicle, we cut standing dead timber. Our location in Western Missouri is ideal for a wide variety of tree species for our customers to choose for their particular firewood needs. Over the years, many long-term friendships have been developed with customers because of the way we do business~ dependability,
honesty and knowledge is what sets us apart from the competition. We will always try to make it right if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We have never lost a customer due to quality of our firewood. We have never tried to compete with the cheapest firewood sellers. Often times, Customers are not happy with their purchase by going with the cheapest because of moisture content in the wood, the smell of unknown species of wood, or the sparks produced by some species of wood that burn your floor, just to name a few complaints I have heard from new customers.
